Abigail is available for weddings and other special events, family sessions, maternity photos, senior photos, author photos, real estate photos, and food & drink photography in Vermont and its surrounding states. Her husband Tim offers videography for events and performing arts.

Our Story

Abigail founded Southern Vermont Photographers out of her love for the beautiful people, food, and landscape of her home state. She and her husband, videographer Tim Lawrence, both grew up in neighboring towns in Vermont, though they didn't meet until college (in Massachusetts) when they found themselves on a blind date. Tim has studied videography for nearly twenty years and has traveled around the world making documentaries. Abigail is the author and photographer of several cookbooks and practical books on country skills and loves travel photography almost as much as she loves capturing the beauty of their homestead in southern Vermont.
